DESCRIPTION
First floor:
The paved path through the front garden leads to the front door, which is slightly above street level. The tiled hall gives access to the toilet, meter cupboard, stairs to basement and stairs to 1st floor. There is also a door to the living room and a separate (harmonica) door to the kitchen. The toilet is neat, but dated and equipped with a standing toilet bowl (corner unit) a with a sink.

Basement:
Storage basement accessible via fixed staircase from the hallway of 3.00 x 2.25 m. Here is the central heating boiler located, a Nefit Proline combi boiler from 2022 which is owned, so good as new!
Garden:
The front garden offers thanks to a depth of more than 5 meters and the height difference compared to the street a nice feeling of privacy and tranquility in the living room. The backyard (approx. 65 m²) is from a side path back accessible. The garden slopes towards the house and is largely provided with grass. Towards the conservatory there is a staircase down and a tiled terrace with the entrance door to the conservatory. From the conservatory you can then access the storage room and the rest of the house.
